Das ehrenamtliche Pilotprojekt „Bürger beraten Bürger“ startet in Hilden
Im Jahr 2005 unterzeichneten der VRR und die Stadt Hilden einen Kooperationsvertrag mit dem Ziel, erstmalig und als Pilotprojekt im Raum des VRR eine ehrenamtliche Mobilitätsberatung „Bürger beraten Bürger“ zu entwickeln und einzusetzen. Das Projekt wird vom Land NRW gefördert.
Inzwischen sind alle organisatorischen, rechtlichen und technischen Hürden gemeistert, so dass der Probebetrieb der Mobilitätsberatung in Hilden ab heute starten kann.
Die ehrenamtlich in der Mobilitätsberatung tätigen Bürger stehen bereit, allen Interessenten zum Thema Nahverkehr (Info-Broschüren, Bus- und Bahn-Verbindungen, Tarife, Haltestellen etc.) und auch zum lokalen Terminkalender in Hilden Auskünfte zu geben.
Die Mobilitätsberatung der Stadt Hilden befindet sich im Büro U39 im Rathaus Hilden, in der Nähe der Infothek und des Bürgerbüros. Während des Probebetriebs ist das Bürgerbüro Montags bis Donnerstags von 10:00 bis 13:00 Uhr geöffnet. Außerdem ist die Mobilitätsberatung telefonisch unter (0 21 03) 7 21 89 oder per E-Mail zu erreichen.
